About Iman
Iman Mustafa is a licensed outpatient mental health therapist with 3 years of experience. With an educational background in Clinical Social Work from Saint Louis University, Iman has developed expertise in depression, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, suicidal ideation, mood disorders, and trauma. Iman is dedicated to providing therapy through a collaborative and person centered approach to navigate life’s challenges.
Iman’s approach to therapy is centered on building a trusting and supportive relationship with her clients, and empowering them to take control of their mental health journey. Iman strives to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for exploration and growth. Sessions may include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, or other evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
